NOVOCIB is determined to satisfy its customers Quality requirements and to implement a TQM policy. Deciding to settle in the former site of Merck-Lipha Santé was the first step of this commitment.
Internal organization and management rules are continuously assessed and upgraded to reach the strict observance of GLP standards.
In addition, specific documentary procedures are implemented to ensure confidentiality of the relationship between NOVOCIB and its partners.
